Message: The elementary Dog Collar Alligator Festival was held in in 1979 at the Willowdale Country Dog Collar Club in Luling, Louisiana. The on the contrary thing sold at the in front anniversary was alligator dishes made around local residents. Each year the anniversary became bigger and a wider classification of eatables and activities were offered.
