Relaxation Drink

In the past few days recently gotten into
the concept of relaxation drink. It's
ridiculous the variety
of relaxation drinks out there, which help in the
process and pretty much relax you. They 100%
don't have caffeine - so no jittery feeling They will only relax
you. I recently got a
few samples of a 12 pack of Mini Chill, which is said to be
the only best relaxation drinks among relaxation drink. Mini
Chill, also known as Minichill, comes in a 2 oz. bottle. It doesn't give energy - it's for the
purpose of relaxation and focus. It doesn't contain calories - caffine-sugar-nor anything
else which promotes a rush.
It has this thing called Relarian in it which which is currently pending a patient, and a blend of Valerian Root,
a herb, and the amino acids: GABA, L-Theanine and 5-HTP. GABA is an amino
acid that supposedly causes relaxation and is
popular in Asia for that reason. L-Theanine is meant to help you maintain
focus, and 5-HTP apparently boosts the seratonin levels in your brain.
Seratonin is a happy hormone that's effected by anti-depressants and things
like that. I got not clue how it works but I know that if your body is using a lot of
Serotonin you feel like king of the world. I got on my computer and then googled
relaxation drink and I was enraged to see that there are a lot of brands that call
themselves relaxation drinks but I don't know for sure
if they're meant to be effective in the same way as Mini Chill. There's one
called IChill, one called Drank, and numerous
others but unlike Mini Chill their effective ingredient is Melatonin, which
is something I sometimes take before bed and it knocks me right out. I went
